Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Alopex Sorry. Slower than last year. And 2 mins slower than my PB. Over confident & sub 21 at halfway, but the high winds & rain was probably responsible for part of my performance

OxfordTristan Sorry for those who bet, i have never raced in conditions like this before. I even thought I was on for 38 minutes until we had to head back towards the village and hit the wind!

SarahWoo This was my first ever race so it was all a bit daunting but apart from the foul weather, I really enjoyed it! The course would have been great in the sunshine! Well organised and very friendly - I wasn't far off being last to finish but there was still a group of people at the finishing line cheering people in. Will be back next year to better my time!

The king Hi folks, PB for me by nearly Seventy seconds, guess it's kismet; on me birthday aswell :-)

Forth in my 'age-group', the first three got a loverly running-man-style-statue trophy aswell.

Strong wind was both a 'blessing and a curse'.

I think this is a great course.

''Btw'' this one's for you Sai, thank-you, xxxx

upsy daisy What a wet and windy day! Typical for a British Bank Holiday Monday. I struggled around the course and was almost blown off my feet at one point as it was so blustery. Thankfully, it was mostly downhill and I'd made up enough time in the first 4 miles to counteract the slow last two miles running into the headwind. I will definately be back next year to try and beat this year's time.
