Sid X country race in Bracknell Forest. Took it easy and I was pleased that I finished without feeling any pain in my knees, calves, heels or feet! Freezing cold water in the swamps and lots of hills.

Waveydavey Steady, return from injury run. Seemed to be going backwards on the flat and downhill bits, but passed people on the hills - of which there were many. The sandy soil at The Lookout made this the least muddy XC of the series. Didn't have a watch, but I think it was about 50 mins. CORRECTION - provisional results have me at just under 40 mins, which is nice.
