Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Baza I know this course from last year where I ran 18:44. My forms good at the moment so going for it at this one. *Update* Brilliant run, and a good night for it, all be it a bit humid. 13th overall after day 1 - somehow I think this wont last till Sunday :-)

_andy That was one nasty uphill first mile! Still, that meant a 6 min/mile for me for the last mile with all that downhill. Dang, it was hot (20C on the car thermometer). Since that was a PB time for me, I'd better find a flat 5k to try soon. Oh, and what an amazing pre-race goodie-bag - nice one, Fife A.C.

SueW That was hard. If you can't speak and want to be sick, you know you've worked fairly hard! I'm glad the hill was at the start rather than the end. I haven't raced a 5k for ages and I remember why now. Still, that was about 10 secs faster tahn my last 5k race in 2004 around a much, much flkatter route in Glasgow Green.
