Baza As long as I can beat last years 26:59 Oh and my clubmate, I'll be happy!! *Update* Time was 50 seconds quicker than in 2006 so very happy. 13:07 at half way meant a negative split on the return(13:01). Finished 7 seconds in front of my club mate who's doing the full Tour as well.

HowFar? No idea what to expect before the race except that it would be hard going after such a long lay off. It was hard, but I quite enjoyed it. Paced it okay for where I am up to fitness wise. I was able to pass people right up to the last 400 yards or so. Knee held up okay. Keeing fingers crossed for the rest of the week. :)
