The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye Supposed to be a tune up race will have done a lot of miles in the week before..Unsure how to approach it maybe 7.30 min/miles. Ran it previously when it was a point to point but have not done this course.UPDATE Decided to go at 7.20, but went off too fast, pace went to target naturally them began to slip, until the last mile which was faster. Pleased with effort as a srong wind was blowing and the fact that i had to do my 17 miler on Thursday.
