About this parkrun
Tarmac with short grass finish - 2.5 laps - barely a flat bit on the course - check out the childrens' zoo; and the rose gardens in summer - plentiful parking within 500m of start.Dvorak 7th Jan 2019
2 1/2 Laps of hilliness, tough course but downhills allow some recovery. Not A 5k pb course.

Two and a half very playful laps and the first hill you get to do three times, complete with it's false summit Mainly tarmac until a wee shuffle across the grass to finish. Great team and good briefing. Cafe in the sports centre is good too.

Well named course as in it can take it's toll and the 3rd time hill can make you cross. A pleasant garden start then 2.5 laps of fairly hilly terrain. Take heart, it's no where near as tough as Drumchapel. Park at the swimming. Friendly volunteers.

Up, and down. Up, and down. Up, and down. Nothing sinister, but very little 'rest'. challenges the mind as well as the legs. Nice downhill sprint finish on the grass - except when it's wet - belly first is an option
