Cats Whiskers Fell over the line at the beginning, which wasn't the most efficient way to start! Legs felt quite heavy all the way round but tried to ignore that and run to plan. Pretty pleased with this tactically: first 100m was positive, tried to relax through to the 200m mark and then picked it up. Finished strongly. Was 3s faster than my official best last year (suspect timing, though), so pleased with that, and feel as though there's more to come when I sharpen up a bit.
