Mr J Not ideal preparation, a quick first miles or so and a draining 3rd mile. A real struggle back, tougher course than it looks.

sootyward thoroughly enjoyed the run, even though it was a warm evening & my overall preparation leading up to the race wasn't exactly ideal. arrived late for registration & managed to upset one of the locals by parking outside her house a re-heated burger for lunch which i managed to taste agin & again as i ran around the course & i have to agree with a previous poster about the congestion at the finish caused by there being only one route in & out
