Evil Rich the Dog Dazer Trotted round having a lovely day with Kirsten and Emma. Never pushed too hard, tired from the last couple of days out on the fells, plus a reasonably tough training week. Wonderful views though, and a lovely area which I hadn't run or walked in before. Smashing food at the end.
