Ribenaface (RFSQL) First 10-miler. A gorgeously sunny, clear and crisp day on a course with plenty of opportunity for knackering myself out by running too fast up the hills. Lovely. Consequently, ran most of it with very, very sore legs on the verge of cramping. Fortunately the last km or so was uphill taking the edge off of each footfall and masking my appalling mis-pacing.

Baza No predictions, using this as a last long run before Glen Clova. Ran on Saturday at the 'Scally's' so I'll need to see how the legs hold up. *Update* Good contitions for running with no wind. Started steady, but I could feel Saturdays racing in the legs by the hill at 3 mile. Settled back into a 7:30mm pace so I could finish comfortably. Lovely chicken & Tomato soup back at the changing. Great race, well done Dundee RR.
