TBAC 5K Time Trial - May

Pathtower 5K time trial session - time 21.30 at average of 182. Felt tough and was very windy. Have not felt well for the last week but seem to be getting better.

LukeStur Started very slowly about half way back in about 20/25th place. Started to pass people towards end of first lap and then just went for it up the final hill as I had plenty in the tank. Passed 5 people up the hill and hung on for 5th place and a pretty good time considering the slow start.
