Excellent one-lapper, great course - keeps you on your toes with the mix of terrain and the hills, really enjoyable and a great team of volunteers as well.

Single lap , undulating & on a variety of surfaces . Add a minute or more onto your usual time for a flat course

My new favourite parkrun - one interesting multi-terrain (road shoes were fine for me) lap including a stretch on the riverbank. I was a bit surprised by how lovely the run was and ease of parking. Will return...
