baggieboy Ok i didn't get the time i trained for, but i had a nasty cough for the pass two weeks causing to reduce my training. Howvever as you can see i'm getting closer to my magic sub 1.30. A New PB. Updated with offical time.

Giantant Surprisingly although this is a poor time, I was pleased with it as my training went into hibernation in Feb and was followed by a heavy cold in the fortnight before the race. Why can't I keep the training going in the winter??
