D2 Arrggg, had to pull out at 5K due to stomach cramp and then throwing up......... nice! Have been ill for a couple of weeks so probably should not have started. So dissappointed 'cos its a lovely course, friendly marshalls and a very cheery crowd. Was hot though. Rest of family and friends all did PBs apart from one who has a strong PB already. Met fellow fetchite after spending some time lurking plucking up courage to go and introduce myself.

hellen Have been injured for the last 2 months so training has been minimal. not expecting a fantastic time. just doing this for a night out and the T shirt! really pleased with the time, didnt push as much as I could have done. Knee more or less OK.
