Jonny Not sure of time yet as watch didn't start. It was definitely under 43 mins and I think faster than last year. Felt pretty good throughout and strong at the end. 2 min improvement on last year.

Konaboy Found that hard due to the recent lack of training. Very wet underfoot & a bigger field than last year (meant queueing at the water crossings). Going well for 1st 2 miles then lost rhythm for the next 2. After realising that PBing was out of the question, I just jogged home. Two & a half minutes down on last year - what a shocker!! Soup was certainly welcome at the school though.
