contraflow First 20 miler for me. Part of build up for FLM. Will take it easy and see how it goes. **** Really enjoyed the race, well organised with friendly marshalls. I don't mind doing laps as at least you know what is coming next.

My poor knees... UPDATE: In on e word: horrible!! 3 laps and having a mile hill at the start of each lap, wasn't nice at all. Am glad I finished it (though disappointed with my time), as there were times when my body was saying enough! Thanks to the organisers and marshalls. Very friendly all round. See you next year? thomas h crashed and burned ! struggled , ran on 6.20 pace , up to 10 miles [1.04] on pace then seizing up. ran until 1/2 m [1.24] , stopped at 14 .
