Go-KL Remember getting to Stroud ridiculously early; 2.5 hours before the start of the race and then spending most of that time ducking in and out of the toilets with quite a nasty stomach upset. Went off too fast in the first 5 miles and slowed down from 5-7 to recover. Struggled a little on the hill, then recovered from 10-13, leading a chain of runners to the finish. Was frustrated at the end to put in all that effort to run only 2 seconds faster than the year before. Still it was an enjoyable course and well organised.

Reef first time at Stroud half, unfortunatly had a virus and felt terible all the way round, no speed at the end, disappoitning but nice race friendly crowd and well organised.
