Son of a Pronator Man Woohoo! Got that vet 10K pb that was denied by the weather last week at Anstruther. The circular rouute had some very fast downhill sections that didn't seem to be balanced by the uphills, but they must be, so its just an illusion. Took a drink at the 2nd water station. Don't normally drink on a 10k and will never do it again. I inhaled most of the water, and lost 20 seconds coughing it out of my lungs. I wouldn't want to go down in history as the first man to drown during a road race. A very well orgainsd race for a small local event Edinburgh Athletic Club 39:02 40:57 42:00 40:57 69.05

Dvorak My local race - fifth time, and possibly fastest? (course has changed). Long. long climb to 3km does not agree with me though. Still, it used to be a long, long climb to 9km. Unaffiliated 48:39 55:38 59:00 55:38 49.63
