_andy The long runs must be doing something good - went for it this evening (mile 1 was a gravity assisted 5:35) and ended up with a PB, both for the course and 5 miles. Go figure. Felt that the climb up the hill got the better of me the second time round and lost three places during the climb, but happy enough with 17th place and a good job done.
