Smile2 first half felt ok.... but my legs were completely nooooked after about 6k.... hence slowed it right down....really good encouraging spirit today between my fellow lady runners, Stopsley lady really helped me round ... I found it tough after 5k yesterday....but still a lovely pb for me - so is all good :)takes mental note.... I need more hill training
