lynzi only been runining 5 months, done 2x 5k but thought give this ago. guessing time, as i am a slow plodder. WOW , found this race hard, lovely scenery, and the marshalls were great, that hill was hard, never again lol.

Siggers started off really well, first ever mile split under 7 minutes, then it was the killer 3 - 4 mile mark one long uphill drag and two short but steep hills, still not too bad, nearly a minute off last years time.
