AJPAR Treated this as a training run after tough hill reps on the bike yesterday. Legs did not want to play today! 39th and 3rd home for Witham.

Billy-Whizz-Haining Tough, race of 2 halves, fell after 1 mile, struggled till the 3rd mile then hit second gear and finished the last 2 miles at pace, finished 86th, knackered but enjoyed it overall.
