Two and a half laps around this pretty park in a clockwise direction, with a downhill start and finish. Completely run on tarmac, though there are some puddles after heavy rain. Plenty of parking around the edges of the park. The start is by the statue of

OK run. Little up, little down, 2 and a bit laps. Mostly on tarmac, can get a bit wet underfoot, but nothing to worry about.

Couldn't do every week, but nice to mix things up every once in a while.

Tarmac, mainly wide paths - 2.5 laps mainly around park perimeter, start and finish near centre - mainly rolling with some flat bits - pleasant if unspectacular park, onstreet parking, check out the ponds (good warm up) and skeleton of winter garden

Despite not being flat it's quite a fast course. Decent uphill warmup run from either Springburn or Bishopbriggs stations.
