That Damned Bloke I have never run at this distance before. training has been eratic of late. this is going to be tough and im going to need all my mental strength to finish it... but I WILL finish it!... ...I did it! yeah! was my first run at this distance, so whatever i got was going to be a PB. but pretty happy with getting so close to my terget time.
