About this parkrun
3 lap run around the inner and outer paths of Hesketh Park and lake. Generally flat, with the exception of a short hill towards the downhill sprint finish. All tarmac paths, which are quite twisty on the inner path. Social coffee in adjacent café!NavyAl 19th Jan 2019
Lovely flat tarmac course. The first two laps involve going around the twisty and narrow lake (little overtaking opportunities) for a few hundred yards. A small climb to the finish but still a quick course.

3 laps of flat tarmac - should be quick but twisty and narrow in places which means it can be very congested early on

Flat tarmac paths round a twisting route. Run past the lake on narrow paths then a lap round outer paths. Lovely park, cafe and toilets available. Plenty of local parking
