Mr Phil bad guts since wednesday, so ran conservatively, but still pretty much close to where i was expecting - only 13 secs off pb for course which was way back in 1995

smash Thoroughly enjoyed this, even if it was really hard. Lovely forest and beach to run through, views across the bay to Gower and Worm's Head. The marshalls were lovely, as were the runners, and although the course was challenging I felt like I'd really achieved something by the end. And I was quite pleased with my time.

Krukers Set off too quick, and confused by inaccurate mile markers (1st mile in 5.21... I don't think so!!). Tough course, up and down through woods, and a long mile on the beach, the soft sand was a killer. 2 or 3 very steep, but short, hills.Lost about 5 places in the second half. 5.21,7.18,6.52,6.59,7.38,8.21,5.47,14.15(2mile),6.38, Tough,but thoroughly enjoyable. One for the calendar for next year.

Stuart G This was the 1st race that I entered! Only been trainning for about 4 months so I was really pleased with my time, will def do it again in 2008 in 1h 15m !!! Great route but to be honest i was gutted that we only received a bag and no T-shirt.
