Mountainmat My first PB for two years! 18:10 and 19:06 splits to give 37:16 through 10k with a final race distance of 6.28 miles. Incidentally the garmin time gave me a sub 6min mile pace, and the official results did not. I went through 5 miles in 29:53 for my fastest ever 5 miles and in some ways this means more to me than the race time. Overall I am so Grateful to have run a PB only four months after being as unfit as I have ever been. Cross training IS the way forward!

Neil.jones78 Quite a simple road race this one. Start and finish on footpaths but a majority is on traffiked roads. Need to heed caution when overtaking other runners that you dont get mown dow. Very flat course though and one for the PB!
