Night-owl Aiming for 27 minutes still not a pb will need another few months before i get there Finished in 27;16 by my watch, 59 seconds faster than last month a new course record for me so i've got to be happy and i am. Heres to next month

Slow Going Faster than last time please. And no torrential downpour before the start.... Curses... swallowed something at 3.5 k and was nearly sick, then got horrendous stitch at about 4.2 k. Hacked off as it felt like a good run until that point

The Teaboy Still, at least it was better than the Doug Anderson. Split 4:00, 8:15, 12:31, 16:51, 20:50. At least my final split was under 4 minutes - when the power is there at the end, it always feels better.
