Alex Patton 18/171 - a high standard tonight with three under 17 mins and sixteen under 18 mins. I was pleased with my run but perhaps went off a little fast in the first 2km and slowed in the 3rd and 4th kms. The wheels nearly came off with 500m to go but I managed to hang on for a big pb!

not built for speed noticed this race at the last minute, will be cycling from work first so not sure how legs will be! It'll be my first 5km that hasn't been a race for life run / walked with my mum :-)
