PhatButFit Good race, went off like a tw*t and tried to hold on as long as possible, pleased with a reasonably fast finish and my first 5km time. Even better to meet a few Fetchies. :-)

SteveX A pleasent race. Had a tough 3 mile on Saturday and 15 mile run yesterday so not too unhappy to be only 20 secs off PB. Had to stop to tie shoe lace too. Took foot off pedal when PB wasnt on to save somehting for the track tomorrow.
