Applecross Was just shit - dreadful race prep (made it with 15 mins to spare) and forgot how many uphill bits there were on that course. Two consecutive bad races at Livi, don't think I'll do it again.

biru a wee warm up for the big one on sunday! didn't feel particularly good today, struggling throughout. found pacing to be a bit of an issue too. but still a 5km(ish) PB by about 30 seconds so shouldn't really complain;)

Doonhamer Ran 3rd leg for the club. Weather was good for a change with only a slight head wind along the stadium stretch. Happy enough with my time

JulesR Bad day at the office. Lack of sleep in the last week probably didn't help. OK at the start but got progressively slower and handed over to 2nd runner in a not too impressive 41/67 place. Liked the course, the sunny day, team atmosphere so that was worth a big drive for a 3 mile run. Same again next year? Why not?

SueW I ran 1st leg for the club's B team. I got roped in last night after someone dropped out through injury so despite the slowness of run, at least we fielded a complete team. (I did run 19.2 miles to get there through so I'm not bothered about being last lady on my leg!)

toepointer Rather a poor time and timed myself at 21.30 so official time well out...slightly strange. Still, made up 1 place for club and lost none and finished 10th team, a good result for us.
