hannkies Fairly decent run. Back been a bit sore this week so was debating whether to chance this 2 weeks prior to the marathon but glad I did as it was a good wee confidence booster. Felt good throughout the race so hopefully have a good wee taper and iron any niggles away prior to Fort William.

HBNS Blew it! Running last leg, missed incoming runner by about 10 secs, took over in 1st Vets place, finished 2nd Vets team approx 1 min behind. Expected to be faster than last year but I was over 1 min slower, nothing in the tank today, so disappointed. However well done to winning team Carnegie

briandarroch I've only managed to run once in the last fortnight since Alloa. Struggled over the last mile as my foot still hasn't healed (Peroneal Tendonitis).
