Sime Went off way to quick last year, hope to pace it a bit better this year. UPDATE - still went off quicker than i'd planned but tried to keep something in the tank for later in the race, ran well to the hill at around 7.5 miles but that took a lot out of the legs and sturggled to recover from it. Had a bad patch for a few miles around 11-14 but then got a bit of seconds wind.Happy with the time but legs were killing me at the end.

Tatws Felt good and was going great guns until the hills hit me - it was hard going up aswell as going down - never really got back into my pace after that and struggled to find a rythym. Once I got to 16 miles I really started to feel it - calves were sore and lost my concentration. Didn't have enough in me to get under the 3 hrs but was only 6 secs over.

sluggett Good race. Beautiful countryside. Ran through sunshine, rain, hail and sleet! Struggled at about mile 14-16 but managed to get a second burst of energy for the last 3 miles. Pleased with my time at least it was under 3.5.
