amys dad wasnt looking forward to this, tough course, and felt niggly and achy all week. decided to take it as i went along, and felt better as it went. passed stream of runners throughout for 29th place. pleased, but prob should have gone harder earlier.

brotherjohn Pleased with the run today, hilly courses haven't been my strong point in the past, but a pretty good time with the hills and the wind today, plus a very slippery mile 6 through the park. 4th place and 1st M50 and 2 more trophies for the cabinet.
