Konaboy Hot & sultry evening. Interesting start running around a fire engine going in the opposite direction. Found 1st 5Ks tough but then got into a rhythm for the 2nd 5Ks. A very enjoyable & a very well organised event by 2:09 although not many club runners. Will enter Turbo X later in the year.
