Runningheva Didn't quite get the time I wanted , but I was pretty pleased anyway. Had not raced that distance for ages.Weather perfect, route hilly. My club took the Ladies team prize so I got a bottle of wine.

runnyeyes Managed to pace well even tho. course is hilly..helped that I knew the route. Actually enjoyed first 7 miles..then it was a case of concentrating hard to maintain pace..pleased that I did it , but wish that I had more spare mins to get to sub-2 HM.
