Princess Purple Bubbles stage 16 for team fetcheveryone else! amazing weekend with sleep deprivation but I still ran a steady even paced 5.5miles and came home in 58:45 which I am over the moon about given the pain in shoulder.nightjar was great on bike support-even if I did get him to talk random jibberish for about the first 2miles...Monty got a few comments but we are used to that and to top it off I got to snog legless at changeover!

Pericles Stage 1 for Reepham Runners. Lovely conditions ... a truly beautiful, remote dawn run (6.30am start) by the sea. Sand and shingle in the middle miles made the going difficult, so I narrowly missed out on the aim to maintain sub 7-minute miling. But pleased nevertheless.
