Flat, fast and very scenic

One lap course, round the lakes at Rother Valley country park. It's as flat as you'll get in this area. :-)

Flat fast and furious around lake. Nice cafe and park for just a pound.

A lovely, scenic one lap parkrun. Basically once around the path/road at the side of the lakes.

Starts just down from the cafe/toilets so just park up in the main car park then follow the crowd to the start line.

Very flat so try for that PB!

Flat and fast all on good paths. This was the winter course so start and finish is slightly different places and the final "dog leg" is replaced by repeating a small part of the main lap. Paid parking, toilets and cafe.

One lap course around the lakes. Good wide paths and gentle undulations. Paid for parking - £2.70 for 2 hours. Nice motivational Marshalls 😊
