About this parkrun
Single lap, old railway path type surface - hard packed trail, pretty flat cafe and toiletncp 31st Dec 2018
Nice flat course running through park and woodland. Narrow pathways make it a bit congested at the start. Enthusiastic marshals and good cafe after the run.

Nice and flat on a variety of surfaces. Narrow paths can lead to congestion, but it’s still a good one. Cafe open at the end.

Lovely and scenic, mostly tarmac with some occasional trail sections. Can be very busy and slow at the start.
