MOUNTAIN GOATESS Really enjoyed this,especially the woodland and river trails, my first 10 mile race. A bit of a contrast to PPP 2 weeks ago! Great to have some nice weather too. Well marshalled.

Lisrun This is a great race, lovely scenery. A new course, looks more offroad !!!!! *Update* A fantastic scenic course ! Very hot, but great fun. Happy with my time which was a big negative split ! :-)

shortnginger - runningfrommybelly running this as its part of our club championship wont be pushing too hard as only 2 weeks after blackpool and 1 before white peak EDIT am now slightly injured will take part but might be slower than ever EDIT ran it in the sun and had another terrible race got too hot and run/walked the second half
