Cats Whiskers Wickedly hilly but great fun. Deliberately took the foot off the gas and cruised this one - there was more to be gained from starting to feel comfortable over this kind of distance again than from pushing it so I lost the will to live! Great marshals, wonderful course and lovely atmosphere.

ES Getting worried about these hills, can they be any worse than the ones around Liversedge?? That has to be the hardest 10k that I have ever done. Very tough hills!!!!!

Marisol It was good to know that I will encountered 4 hills on the race. My mind was ready for them. 1st after 1.5km 2nd about 2.5k 3rd approaching 8k 4th up back into Richmond Castle

northernslowcoach family coming up north and bro in law (Synthpop) running too * well pleased with that, a minute and half slower than last year, which was run after 14 weeks of mara training - will be back next year....

Wilma30 This is a very hilly course, and me and hills don't mix. Using this as a training run for a half marathon I have next week. No chance of a PB at all.
