northernrunner a strong field in this race today and once the race started they were away very quickly but i got a good start compared to the last few 10k's so was feeling good in the 2nd half of the race and felt that there was a chance of another pb here. with 1k to go i was pretty sure it was going to be a pb but must have slowed a bit as i thought it would be by more than the 8 seconds.

Black Cat Having to stop regularly to stretch the hamstring isn't ideal but there you go! A good flat course and the weather wasn't too bad.
