About this parkrun
Flat 2 laps on tarmac, concrete and gravel paths. Very quick course round the cricket pitch and lake, but very busy, especially on the first lap.Groundhog 9th Jan 2019
Flat fast 2 lap course around the scenic lake in Poole Park. Parking in Civic Centre across the road BH152SF and toilets, refreshments etc available in Cricket Pavilion. Well organised & big field- follow instructions for everything to go well.

Be ready for big crowds! This is a popular event. Fast and flat course which is good for spectators too. The funnel management and scanning operation is a big logistical exercise which you will have to accept as part of the deal.

Fast if you start near the front, otherwise be prepared for congestion. Predominantly on tarmac/concrete unless you step onto the gravel or grass to pass people. Lap of cricket pitch, lap of lake, lap of cricket pitch. Multi finish funnel.
