#runningman 🏃 This first race of 2010 was nothing like what I expected. I had this down as a ' b' race, in other words not a priority race just something to blow out the cobwebs after 3 months without a race in preparation for having a go at my 5 mile PB later in the year. However all that went out of the window. The man at the start said the course was

tiger-turnbull that was a mud bath and was never going to be a pb but then again even if it was all road race i would have struggled. spent a moment in the hedge before composing myself.
