Ginger N Off road and undulating, some sections where single file or narrow track which slowed me up, but managed a pb!

GordonG 23 years ago, when i was 18, i did my first ever 10K in something like 48 mins. when i started running again 2 or 3 years ago one of my goals was to do a sub 50m 10K and be as fit as i was back then. THIS COULD BE THAT RACE!!!! (at the very least it's a safe PB bet....) RACE UPDATE - laugh or cry? A pb by more than 5 mins but soooo close to the time i wanted. couldn't really have gone any faster though. good race, excellent marshalling. Good to meet Runner Withough A Clue and Ralphralph too.

Robinp I don't know this course and don't think I will get a PB due to part of the course going off road. Not my favourite. Hoping to get PB's in Croydon and Wilmington. Excellent and well organised race and recommend this to anyone but it's not a PB course. Very slow course due to running part of the course through the woods and at one point crossing a foot bridge. Petts Wood Running club have done an excellent job as it was there first race.

Runner Without a Clue Hold on a minute, is that RWAC racing again?! ding dong, she's finally hung out the plastercasts and burnt the sling!! whoopee! Not expecting a pb on this 'testing' terrain but just going to enjoy my first race back after a 12 week 'break' ha ha. That said, I'll be damned if I don't. ;) UPDATE: A really lovely run, perfect weather, great multi terrain course, woods, fields and stuff - lovely lovely lovey - gr8 to catch up with fellow fetch GordonG too who blasted his last 10k time - well done matey!
