paulhalford 11th Started more quickly than at Stamford. The finish is mentally tough to run, though. Despite the fact I know the course well, the last 600-700m when you're in sight of the finish always seems longer than it is. Eight seconds quicker than on this course last year so it confirms I'm slightly quicker than ever but that's not good enough. The amount of training I do I want to make bigger improvements.
