Mr Chops Never done this race before. I have been in good form this year though, having got my 2nd 10k PB this year at Mortimer on 30/09/07 so I will be optimistic and back myself to take that PB down again. ===== Went off a bit fast and had to ease off to avoid urge to have emergency toilet stop! - when I came round the last left hand turn and saw that short hill I just had to pause and gather myself before plodding the rest of the way to the finish. Still very happy with my time though! (my 4th fastest in 60+ 10k's)

SteveT Currently injured, so will update nearer the time **Update**, injury cleared very quickly, so may still PB here, but it won't be by very much. Felt great for the first 4k and then my race just fell apart, no idea what went wrong as I'd felt good all week, 5k splits were ~ 18:20/19:50 so really collapsed in the second half. Apologies to all who had bet on me, including me!
