About this parkrun
Mostly tarmac, 3 laps, gentle undulations. A pretty park, but the course is a bit convoluted and I've managed to get lost at least once on the 2 occasions I've visited - both were NYD, and they've coped well with the larger than usual turnout.AndyS 5th Feb 2019

Always a great atmosphere .3 laps of a beautiful park. Undulating and winding route. It’s challenging. Lots of cafes nearby

3 loops of park. Nearly flat. Some tight narrow turns, so not great for PB, but super friendly for beginners.

3 mainly flat laps of the park. The route is on paths/ tarmac. Paths can be narrow in places, making overtaking trickier.
