Pipes Delighted with this - went off fast (too fast!) but didn't suffer afterwards - just couldn't sustain it. Time is from Garmin - will update when results come out. 2nd Senior Lady (and 1st Oxon team). Excellent organisation and support on course - couldn't fault a thing.

Agent Orange A really nice morning out. Just about stayed dry and the crowds were quite big. Perhaps it helped that I wasn't pressing for a PB, so was more relaxed. Settled into a reasonable pace of 4.30 ish for the first few km. Reached the half way mark at 22.44 despite missing the racing line by some distance on some parts of the route. Must have run at least 100m more than necessary. The last 3km were on park paths which were a bit more sapping and slowed me a little. But finished strongly and just pipped at the post a woman dressed in ladybird costume. Not gentlemanly to beat her, but less credible if I didn't. Pleased with the time considering training.

mothrunner This was my first ever race when I did it in 2008, so looking forward to doing it again. Been injured, though, so I won't be running it flat out. UPDATE. In the end I was pleased to get around as I've really been struggling to shake off a hamstring injury.
