About this parkrun
An undulating run round Alexandra Park in Oldham. 3 laps run on paths except the end of the 3rd lap when you enter the Woodland Walk, a challenging but lovely part of the route. A couple of hills but also a lovely downhill. Great parkrun.Mandyr 16th Jan 2019
Fab venue! Easy parking on the road nearby, wide tarmac paths other than the last lap when there is a slight diversion for a short trail stretch. Killer hill 3 times! Road shoes fine!

At last I’ve got back to one of my favourites, the park looks as beautiful as I remembered and the course just as challenging. Thoroughly enjoyed today and the toilets were open before the start with a supply of toilet paper! I can’t recommend this pa

Great parkrun. About 200 runners, broad paths, efficient scanning. 3 laps - not much flat. On course toilets that you pass three times. Third lap has a little scenic detour through the woods - nothing too muddy.

3 laps of a lovely wide open scenic municipal Park. 2 small inclines on each lap and a little off-road, although it is laid path, at the end to make up the 5km

A lovely park on good side surfaces with some hills but not too bad. Plenty of parking on roads around the park.
